256 Ridgeway - Harrow Gospel Trust

The Harrow Gospel Trust received planning permission circa 20 years ago for a new hall in West Harrow, in the last few years they have vacated this hall and are now seeking planning permission to convert in to residential. 

The ongoing battle to obtain planning to build circa 195 new homes and latest figures of 178 homes is well documented in the Harrow area. Nearly 3,000 people have objected via an online petition. 

The Plymouth Brethren appear to have a national strategy of gaining planning permission to build a new hall, then vacate and apply to develop the land to residential or commercial for a tidy profit.
